Water resources data, Pennsylvania, water year 2003—volume 3. Ohio and St. Lawrence River basins

Water resources data for the 2003 water year for Pennsylvania consist of records of discharge and water quality of streams; contents and elevations of lakes and reservoirs; and water levels and water quality of ground-water wells. This report, Volume 3 contains (1) discharge records for 61 continuous-record streamflow-gaging stations, 5 partial-record stations and 13 special study and miscellaneous streamflow sites; (2) elevation and contents records for 11 lakes and reservoirs; (3) water-quality records for 8 lakes and reservoirs; (4) water-quality records for 23 gaging stations and 26 ungaged streamsites; (5) water-level records for 23 ground-water network observation wells. Site locations are shown in figures throughout the report. Additional water data collected at various sites not involved in the systematic data-collection program are also presented. These data together with the data in Volumes 1 and 2, represent that part of the National Water Data System operated by the U.S. Geological Survey and cooperating State, local, and Federal agencies in Pennsylvania.

Water resources data, Pennsylvania, water year 1992. Volume 3: Ohio and St. Lawrence River basins

Water resources data for the 1992 water year for Pennsylvania consists of records of discharge and water quality of streams; contents and elevations of lakes and reservoirs; and water levels of ground-water wells. This report, Volume 3, includes records from the Ohio and St. Lawrence River basins. Specifically, it contains: (1) discharge records for 69 continuous record streamflow-gaging stations and 12 partial-record stations; (2) elevation and contents records for 3 lakes and reservoirs; (3) water-quality records for 3 streamflow-gaging stations and 36 partial-record stations; and (4) water-level records for 20 network observation wells. Locations of these sites are shown on figures 4-5. Additional water data were collected at various sites not involved in the systematic data-collection program and are published as miscellaneous measurements and analyses. These data, together with the data in Volume 1 and 2, represent that part of the National Water Data System operated by the U.S. Geological Survey and cooperating State, Local, and Federal agencies in Pennsylvania.

Water - resources data for the 1992 water year for Virginia consist of records of water levels and water quality of ground - water wells. This report (Volume 2. Ground - Water - Level and Ground-Water-Quality Records) contains water levels at 356 observation wells and water quality at 2 wells. Locations of these wells are shown on figures 4, 5, 6, and 7. The data in this report represent that part of the National Water Data System collected by the U.S. Geological Survey and cooperating State and Federal agencies in Virginia.

Water resources data for Iowa for the 1998 water year consists of records of stage, discharge, and water quality of streams; stage, and/or contents of lakes and reservoirs; ground water levels and water quality of ground-water wells. This report volume contains discharge records for 32 gaging stations; stage or contents for 2 lakes; water quality for 1 stream-gaging station, and sediment records for 3 stream-gaging stations. Also included are data for 34 crest-stage partial record stations and ground-water levels for 176 wells. Additional water data were collected at various sites, but are not part of the systematic data collection program and are published as miscellaneous discharge and miscellaneous water-quality analyses.

Water resources data for Alabama, water year 1986

The Water Resources Division of the U.S. Geological Survey, in cooperation with State and Federal agencies, obtains a large amount of data pertaining to the water resources of Alabama each water year. These data, accumulated during many water years, constitute a valuable data base for developing an improved understanding of the water resources of the State. To make these data readily available to interested parties outside the Geological Survey, the data are published annually in this report series entitled "Water Resources Data - Alabama."

The Water Resources Division of the U.S. Geological Survey, in cooperation with State and Federal agencies, obtains a large amount of data pertaining to the water resources of Alabama each water year. These data, accumulated during many water years, constitute a valuable data base for developing an improved understanding of the water resources of the State. To make these data readily available to interested parties outside the Geological Survey, the data are published annually in this report series entitled "Water Resources Data - Alabama."

Water Resources Data, Colorado, Water Year 2001--Volume 1. Missouri River Basin, Arkansas River Basin, and Rio Grande Basin

Water-resources data for Colorado for the 2001 water year consist of records of stage, discharge, and water quality of streams; stage, contents, and water quality of lakes and reservoirs; meteorological data; and water levels and water quality of wells and springs. This report (Volumes 1 and 2) contains discharge records for 313 gaging stations, stage and contents of 16 lakes and reservoirs, discharge measurements for 1 partial-record low-flow station and 1 miscellaneous site, peak-flow information for 22 crest-stage partial-record stations; water quality for 125 gaging stations and for 10 lakes and reservoirs, supplemental water quality for 181 gaged sites; water quality for 77 miscellaneous sites and 14 observation wells; water levels for 3 observation wells, and meteorological data for 55 sites. Three pertinent stations operated by bordering States also are included in this report. The records were collected and computed by the Water Resources Division of the U.S. Geological Survey under the direction of W.F. Horak, District Chief. These data represent that part of the National Water Data System collected by the U.S. Geological Survey and cooperating State and Federal agencies.

This volume contains records forwater discharge at 178 gaging stations; stage only at 2 gaging stations; stage and contents at 11 lakes and reservoirs; and water quality at 16 gaging stations. Also included are data for 49 crest-stage partial-record stations. Locations of these sites are shown on figures 4 and 5. Miscellaneous hydrologic data were collected at 149 measuring sites and 6 water-quality sampling sites not involved in the systematic data-collectionprogram.
