Sand and gravel aquifers of Schuyler County, New York
Some sand and gravel aquifers in Schuyler County may be capable of supplying large quantities of drinking water. To obtain information needed for proper management and protection of the aquifers and to ensure an adequate water supply for the future, the U.S. Geological Survey, in coopations with the county, compiled geohydrologic data to delineate and charachterize the unconsolidated aquifers.
